New help request system

A new help request system is currently underway for CHFA’s faculty, staff, and students. This new system is internet based for anyone to enter in a request via the web and view the status of their request at any time. With this new system we hope to achieve lower task completion time by having technicians out of the office and working on site. This project is being developed by senior Management Information Systems majors and will not be completed until the end of the semester.

Macs should be turned off overnight if you are planning on returning the next day. If you are planning on being away from your computer for a few days then leave your Mac on.
