Services We Offer for the College of Humanities and Fine Arts
  • Faculty, Staff, and Graduate Assistants
    • Install and maintain hardware and software for computers and peripherals owned by CHFA.
    • Provide help and troubleshooting for problems with CHFA equipment.
    • Provide input on pricing and purchasing of technology equipment by departments within CHFA.
    • Provide input for the allocation of student computer fee budgets within CHFA.
    • Training uppon request for AV Carts, equipment, and computers maintained by CHFA Tech.
    • Equipment checkout when available: Laptops, Projectors, Speakers
    • Network storage (2GB) backed up nightly to keep your documents safe.

  • Students
    • Network storage for classes or projects upon a CHFA instructor's request. In the form of community storage space or up to 2GB in space for individuals.
    • Provide input for the allocation of student computer fee budgets within CHFA.

  • Classrooms
    • Install and maintain hardware and software for Classrooms within CHFA.

  • Computer Labs
    • Install and maintain hardware and software for computer labs within CHFA.
    • Staff the Lang Hall and Communication Arts Center computer labs for open lab hours around class schedules.
    • Supply the computer labs with paper for the printers.

  • Public Workstations
    • Install and maintain hardware and software for CHFA public stations.
