
Set 2 General Instructions
- First turn on Projector, then follow projector instructions for further use. To turn projector off click off twice.
- Using the Elmo:
- Switching Between Computer, DVD player/VCR, or ELMO Inputs
- DO NOT use the projector remote to switch between inputs- this does not do anything! ALWAYS use the input buttons on the ELMO to switch media views on the monitor or projector screen.

*HINT: the rectangle above/below the button should glow green when selected!

- Sound Amplifier/Receiver Sound
- Switching Sound Inputs (see diagram on page 2)
- For the speakers to play sound from a specific component (Computer, DVD/VCR, or portable audio device), you need to select the correct option on the JVC Audio/Visual Control Receiver (or AMP). You can do this by pressing the buttons on the front of the AMP (shown below), or on the remote labeled RECEIVER.
- For VCR sound and video: Press the “VCR” button
- For DVD sound and video: Press the “DVD” button
- For sound from the computer: Press the “COMPUTER” button
- For sound from an iPod or other portable music player, press the white “iPod” button and connect your device to the cord labeled “iPod” located on top of the AV cart.

- Playing an audio CD or DVD movie on the computer
- Windows
- Insert disk into CD/DVD drive in the front of the computer
- If the CD/DVD loads automatically and ask you to choose a program, choose PowerDVD DX.
- If the disk does not load automatically, click the start menu and then click on PowerDVD DX, and the disk should load. If not, eject the disk and try again.
- To eject the disk, press the eject button on the front of the computer; OR, go to the start menu, click “My Computer,” right-click the DVD-RW icon, and click eject.
- To use personal audio device:
- Using a Portable Audio Device (such as an iPod/MP3 Player/CD Player)
- For sound from an iPod or other portable music player, press the “iPod” button on the JVC Audio/Visual Control Receiver (or AMP) and connect your device to the cord labeled “iPod” located on the AV cart.
