Eligible individuals must be tenured, have been at UNI at least five years, and be non-administrators (e.g. department heads) at the time of consideration. Eligibility also includes individuals who are employed at least half-time, those on leave or absence during consideration, or individuals who are in their final year of employment prior to retirement. *Examples of the candidates' exemplary work that cannot be compiled into a singular document, i.e. physical objects/books/artwork, may be placed in the CHAS Dean's office.
Any faculty member or department head may nominate a colleague for this award by letter or e-mail. The nomination should be sent to the current CHAS Senate Chair no later than April 1.
