Overview:
Theatre is a powerful tool for communicating ideas and entertaining people. The theatre program teaches the process of creating theatre and provides a variety of creative experiences. Theatre majors grow as communicators, problem-solvers and collaborators. The Department of Theatre maintains a high profile in regional and national organizations and conferences, such as the American College Theatre Festival and University/Regional Theatre Auditions and the U.S. Institute of Theatre Technology.
