Certain questions are off limits during interviews and are illegal for employers to ask. Any questions over the following topics are illegal:

Handling Questions About a Disability
Many questions about disabilities are illegal. Become familiar with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Like any other illegal questions, do not incriminate yourself with offering too much information. Steer the conversation away from your disability and toward your strengths.
