Send the right person. The person who comes needs to be energetic and know about your organization. Train the representative how to respond to questions.
Résumés
Students complain if you refer them to websites to apply. Tell them you will be watching for their resume to ease that conversation. Even go as far as writing the student's name down.
Get Up
The worst mistake companies make is sitting down. This screams to students, "I do not want to be here and I do not want to talk to you."
