Billing Information
A $20 annual, non-refundable registration fee and the completion of this form are required of all UNI alumni who wish to be registered with the UNI Career Services. Registration is required for access to on-campus interviews, on-line job listings, and referral to prospective employers. If paying by check, please make your check payable to "UNI Career Services."  Once the registration form is received by our office, you will receive an email with your Username and Password.
