A few significant and insignificant aspects of my non-work life

I have three kids: David (7), Katie (5),
and John (2). The picture at left shows them in their usual state:
clean, sitting quietly, and hugging each other.
My wife Theresa refuses to be pictured for this site. She has a Ph.D. in psychology, is a full-time mom, and works part-time as a research consultant. |

I have a beagle named Lou who enjoys chasing rabbits and going for walks. I adopted Lou in 1997 from the Green Bay Humane Society. |

My main recreational hobby is
swimming, and I enjoy
competing in U.S. Master's Swimming
sponsored meets. That's me in the now defunct East Gym Pool. I also enjoy
playing waterpolo. I encourge everyone to get out and support
women's swimming
at UNI..

I enjoy collecting and listening to recordings of Grateful Dead concerts. You can get your fill at the Internet Archive. Try this one if you have a spare three hours. |
