In our lab we work on phototropism in bean plants. These images show the leaf positions at 10 minute intervals with overhead blue light.
The light was aimed at the spot on the base of the leaf that detects the light and causes the leaf to move.

We also work on cellular events in the tissue that moves the leaves, and on the effect of excess light on photosynthesis.
