PRIZES FROM THE NSSE DRAWING

 

 

The National Survey of Student Engagement or NSSE ("nessie") is administered in the spring of the school year, beginning in late January or early February.  A random sample of freshmen and seniors at UNI will be contacted and asked to complete this important survey that provides information on the student experience at UNI.

 

The names of all students returning the survey are entered into a drawing for prizes, which will be conducted during the last week of April.  Based on the response rate for the 2008 administration of NSSE, chances of winning a prize from the drawing for students completing the survey in 2009 are estimated at 1 in 55.

The prize list will be updated in December for NSSE 2010.

Prizes for the 2009 drawing include the following UNI memorabilia (with approximate retail value):

Tailgating chair - $30

Fleece blanket - $23

Lap blanket - $27

Umbrella - $17  

Black leather portfolio - $30

Crewneck sweatshirt - $27

Hooded sweatshirt - $37

Zippered sweatshirt - $40

License plate frame - $8

Travel tumbler - $14

Long-sleeve T-shirt - $25

Short-sleeve T-shirts (7) - $6 each

 

Prizes will be randomly awarded to the students whose names are drawn during the last week of April and will be available to be picked up during finals week, May 2010.
