Exploring Majors & Student Activities Fair

October 17, 2007
11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Maucker Union Ballroom

Over 30 academic departments will have faculty, advising coordinators, and experienced students there to answer your questions and share valuable information!

WHO IS THE EXPLORING MAJORS FAIR FOR? The Fair is designed for all deciding students as well as those students who have declared a major but may be uncertain about their choice of major. The intent of this program is to provide a centralized opportunity for students to investigate various curricular and career options in one place at one time.

WHY SHOULD A FIRST YEAR OR A "DECIDING" STUDENT ATTEND? This is the only time all year that students will be able to explore so many different options in one place. Faculty, advising coordinators, and experienced students from over 30 academic departments and student services areas will be there, sharing valuable information to anyone that is interested. No running all over campus from office to office trying to find out about a major or academic program that might interest you. Over the last five years more than 1,800 students have attended and the response to the Fair has been extremely positive!
