FAQ: Quick Guide to Registration Holds

Complete list of FAQ's

  • ADVISOR HOLD - Advisor approval needed before registering. Student must meet with assigned academic advisor to discuss (or follow specific department procedure) removing this hold.

  • MEASLES HOLD - This hold indicates the student must provide either written verification of immunizations or get the MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) shots. Contact the Student Health Center (273-2009, Student Health Center) for additional information or with questions and to have the hold removed.

  • ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE HOLD - Contact the Business Operations Office (273-2164, Campbell Hall) for additional information or with questions about a student account.

  • UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION HOLD - Communicate with Enrollment Services - Admissions (273-2281, Towers Center) to verify what information (such as a final transcript) is needed.

  • INTERNATIONAL ADMISSION HOLD - Documentation or information is needed from the student by the International Services Office (273-6421, upper level in Maucker Union).

  • PERKINS HOLD - Call or visit the Business Operations Office (273-2164, Campbell Hall) to discuss how to remove this hold.

  • REGISTRAR HOLD - Call or visit the Office of the Registrar (273-2241, lower level in Maucker Union) to discuss the issue(s) related to this hold.

  • SUSPENSION HOLD - Suspension hold is used to indicate that the student's registration materials have been withheld because the student is on academic suspension. Call or visit the Office of the Registrar (273-2241, lower level in Maucker Union) to discuss the process to remove this hold.
