About SAA

Ambassador Mission

The Student Admissions Ambassadors are a group of 50 select UNI students that serve the University and the Community through a variety of endeavors. Through our connections with University Admissions, The Office of the President, the Alumni Association and the UNI Foundation, the Ambassadors play an integral role in the mission of the University of Northern Iowa. On a smaller scale, the Student Admissions Ambassadors strive to meet our unique mission:

The UNI Student Admissions Ambassadors serve the University of Northern Iowa through promotion of the University to prospective students, alumni and friends. SAA members demonstrate their commitment to the University through the provision of campus tours, student panels and support for a broad array of special events. Enthusiasm, pride and extensive knowledge of the University are all hallmarks of the organization.
