- Organize/Conduct bi-monthly meetings
- Oversee all activities/events for SAA
- Oversee all members and Exec Council
- Oversee Membership Development
- Represent SAA on University Committees
Vice President of Admissions
- Coordinate all campus tours for faculty, staff and administrators
- Coordinate all volunteers for University Preview Days and Group Visits
- Prepare tour schedules for SAA members
- Oversee Homecoming Committee
Vice President of Alumni Relations
- Coordinate all alumni-related events
- Attend alumni meetings
- Oversee Alumni Foundation Committee
- Serve as liaison with Alumni Association
Vice President of Community Relations
- Coordinate community outreach events
- Monitor SAA membership participation in volunteer activities
- Coordinate Tour Teasers, Panther of the Week, and Volunteer of the Meeting
- Oversee Apple Polishers Committee and Commencement Committee
Vice President of Public Relations
- Monitor SAA member attendance
- Maintain SAA roster, bios, photos and SAA website
- Record and distribute meeting minutes
- Oversee Community Outreach Committee and Public Relations Committee
