What do you like best about your job?

The best aspect of working in the Admissions Office is the people I work with. Everyone is so caring and understanding. When I arrive at work each day I feel so welcome and respected by all of my co-workers. The staff is also very approachable and willing to give me assistance whenever I am in need of it.

Why did you choose this job?

I chose this job because I knew I was going to get to work in a great office. UNI Admissions takes such pride in serving their students and I love being part of such a wonderful group. The convenience of an
on-campus job is also a plus.

How did you choose UNI?

My major is Elementary Education so I knew UNI was the perfect choice for me. It also is not far from my hometown and that was something I was looking for when choosing a college. Another reason I chose to come here was because one of my high school teachers recommended it to me. My parents both attended UNI as well which helped to sway my decision.

What advice do you have for incoming students?

My advice to incoming students would be to take advantage of every opportunity that is provided to them. There are so many things to get involved in and doing this will make their experience at UNI even more enjoyable.
