The campus visit [1] is an important first step to finding the right college. If you haven’t visited campus and taken a tour, come see why you’ll be proud to call UNI home!
You can apply [2] as early as one year before your intended entry term. Click on the Checklist for Undergraduate Admission [3] for a detailed list of items.
Be sure to submit your FAFSA in January or February. Additionally, you can available scholarships and complete the UNIversity Scholarship Application [4] on our Financial Aid website [5]. Our Financial Aid staff is here to assist you in finding ways to fund your education.
Once admitted, you can complete the housing contract [6] (available September 1st). Although it is not required for you to live on campus, there are many benefits [7] of doing so.
You will receive Orientation information sometime after you’re admitted. At Orientation [8], you will meet with an adviser who will assist you in selecting courses. You will then register for the courses. This is also when you will get your UNI ID card.
Continue to check your mail and email (the one you listed on your application) for updates, announcements and reminders!
