Orientation sessions provide you with information about UNI’s Cooperative Education/Internship Program. These are informational sessions only; there is no obligation or commitment to register with the program.
Topics covered are:
- the importance of internships
- techniques for locating internships
- how to become part of the Co-op/Internship Program
- 20 on-campus funded co-op positions valued at $3,400 each
- conditions under which a current job may qualify for credit
- additional services offered by UNI’s Academic Advising & Career Services.

**Students from all colleges are invited to these orientation meetings. Some of the information will focus more on students from the listed college(s).
To register for one of the above orientation sessions, send us an email indicating which session you prefer in the subject line.
Attending an orientation session is strongly encouraged prior to entering the Cooperative Education/Internship Program. However, if you are unable to attend one of the scheduled sessions, you can view the orientation on the web with RealPlayer.
