MISSION

The American Association of University Women promotes education and equity for all women and girls, life long education, and positive societal change.

VISION

The American Association of University Women Cedar Falls Branch will be recognized in the community for promoting the status of women and girls.

ASSOCIATION INITIATIVES

AAUW Educational Foundation (EF)

The Educational Foundation provides funds to advance education, research, and self-development for women and to foster equity and positive societal change.

AAUW Legal Advocacy Fund (LAF)

The Legal Advocacy Fund provides funding and a support system for women seeking judicial redress for sex discrimination in higher education.

AAUW Leadership Training Institute (LTI)

The Leadership Training Institute provides programs with an educational focus on leadership growth, career advancement, economic self-sufficiency and technical skills; workshops, seminars and courses.
